"Hospitality Tent".  Each morning there will be coffee and donuts available for everyone at the trial grounds. It will be set up at the Moshers' first thing in the morning. Then it will "travel" to the different stakes. People will be able to get coffee, donuts, a snack, general information and directions to the stakes.

     The host hotel is the Best Western Waterville Inn, 356 Main St, Waterville, ME. Phone 207 873 3335
     A block of rooms has been reserved so give the confirmation #65878 under the ACC when making reservations.
     The special rate is $66 per night for 2 people in a room with 2 beds.
     Directions to the Best Western - Traveling on RT 95 north, get off at Exit 130 and hotel is on the right. 
        (The drive from the hotel to the trial grounds is about 18 miles). There are stores by the hotel for your purchases.
        There is only a very small convenience store in the area of the trial grounds so plan accordingly.
