Hospitality Suite:
Junior Suite #111 - Hospitality Room to be open:
Wed - 4-6pm, Thurs - 3-6pm, Fri - 4-7pm, Sat - 5-7pm
Breakfast:

Rescue will have their booth/table under the
main tent area with coffee/donuts for a donation.
Thurs, Fri,
Sat - the hotel will have a small cold continental Breakfast available
at the main hotel restaurant off the lobby area, price
to be announced.
Lunch:
Thurs, Fri, Sat - the hotel will have a vendor booth set up ringside
with basics: sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc, pay as you go.
Thursday Evening
Welcome party - 6 pm - Desserts with seasonal pies, coffee/tea,
& cash bar. No cost but we need to know
how many people so we can have enough pie!
ACC Annual Meeting at
6:30 pm.

Friday Evening - Cash Bar and Dinner
- "PA Country
Fair Night". A fun night of carnival games with delicious local
food items, fun doggy prizes, crafts and a Casual Theme Dinner Buffet.
Ice
cream for dessert. Friday's reservation
includes 25 game tickets. Additional tickets can be obtained
by donation - 5 tickets for $1 or 30 tickets for $5. Volunteers are
still needed to help man the games so that everyone has a chance to

There are Four Options

1. Email confirmation - must include email address, bring copy with
you to Banquets
2. Phone text message - confirmation which you must save and
show at check-in for Banquets.
3. Pick up your confirmation at the Banquet site
4. Mailed Receipt to you – You must send this form with along with a self
addressed STAMPED envelope for the return
