All field trial entries for the Open, Amateur, Qualifying and Derby stakes will be handled via  Entry Express.

Entries for the Puppy stakes may be submitted via Entry Express or may be submitted during the Monday night meeting at the Specialty. When registering a puppy less than 6 months old on Entry Express, set the Birth Date to be at least 6 months old so that the software will accept the entry.

Entry fee refunds for scratches before the closing date/time will be handled directly by Entry Express.

Entry fee refunds for scratches after the closing date/time will be handled by the Event Secretary/Treasurer. In such cases, refunds will be given based on the AKC refund policy, which requires a Vet note for bitches in season or dogs with medical problems. All other refunds will be at the discretion of the Event Secretary/Treasurer on a case-by-case basis.
