Do you have a keen interest in the latest canine health research? The ACC Board of Directors just learned that the AKC Canine Health Foundation’s Parent Club Canine Health Conference is going virtual this year! No costly lodging or travel expenses! This allows more people to take advantage of the conference and to get updates on Canine Health Foundation funded research projects. There will be reports on several research projects that the American Chesapeake Club has financially supported with our Purina Parent Club Partnership/AKC Canine Health Foundation Donor Advised Fund. Session topics will include a focus on dermatology and immunology, canine cancer, neurology and epilepsy, and cardiac disease in dogs. There will be a session on Degenerative Myelopathy research.

The ACC will be sponsoring interested members of our Health Committee, members of our Health Survey Ad-hoc Committee, Board Members, and 20 additional club members to attend at the Early Bird registration cost of $60. (Deadline July 1st.)
If more than 20 members apply, a random drawing will take place on Sunday, June 27th. Emails will be sent on Sunday to notify the members who were selected for sponsorship.
Attendees will need to register for the conference no later than July 1 to receive the Early Bird registration rate.
