All are welcome for a Maryland gathering of Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and their wonderful people. A Fun Day is planned for Saturday, May 6th at the Nassawango Pavilion at the Milburn Landing Area of the Pocomoke River State Park. The pavilion sits on a hill overlooking the scenic Pocomoke River and is adjacent to the Milburn Landing campground which offers campsites and cabin rentals beneath a canopy of Loblolly pines.
Because the state park is on the Eastern Shore and off the beaten track, we’re hoping that some will choose to stay for a few days allowing for more time to visit with old and new friends.
We are still working out the finer details of the Fun Day so stay tuned for information. In the meantime, time is of the essence if you are interested in camping. The campground is rather small. There are only 28 campsites and 4 cabins. So we want our group to lock in our campsites early.
