The Register of Merit (ROM) is a program that rewards those sires and dams who have made outstanding contributions to the Chesapeake Bay Retriever breed through their offspring. The ROM program, unlike other programs, does not reward the individual dog based on its achievements, but rather on the achievements of its offspring.
