There is a Block of Rooms reserved for Aug 24-29, Tuesday through Sunday. When you call, you must ask for the Front Desk (not the central reservations) and ask for the ACC block of rooms to get this rate and reservation. Rooms are selling out fast.

Sites are available at the York Fairgrounds.
RV parking is allowed at the Wyndham Garden, contact the hotel direct.  (possible water/electric hookups, no sewage hookup). 

Parking is available by reservation only. Payment must be received at the time the reservation is made. Maximum stay is 5 nights.  Sites are available beginning Tuesday, 8/24/2021, for check-in and check-out is Sunday 8/29/2021.  

Camping is 20 or 30 amp service. Spaces are 20'-50'. They are approximately 200-250 yards from the show Arena to Campground. RV parking is in a designated area outside the track. There are no outside fires and No discharge of gray or black water unless you are on a sewer site.  If you rent a space it is for one camping unit only  (you cannot put a tent on a space with an RV). No public camping at any time. 

Use of the parking area for RV's is at your own risk.  Neither the American Chesapeake Club nor the fairgrounds assumes any responsibility for any damage or loss to RV’s, vehicles or their contents or for any dogs. RV's may only park in the designated RV area.  Fire lanes must remain open at all times.  Any vehicles parked in an un-designated area is subject to towing at the owner's expense.  

If you choose during your stay to move your RV to be closer to the arena there will be an additional charge for the new area you are occupying during the showing of your dog(s).  You will be provided with a sticker or placard to show your site information when you arrive and this must be on visible display during your stay at the fairgrounds. 

Check-in times to be determined. 

** If you wish to be parked next to someone, then one person must request two spots under one name, on one reservation. We will have no way of holding spots open or marking etc.

   2 point hook-up   water/electric              $45/night

   1 point hook-up   electric only                $40/night

   No hook-ups       dry camping only         $35/night
